Humber River Estates offers a variety of unique Hillside and Riverfront properties each with its own personality. Eleven lots have direct access to the water with all locations having water access through a common Beach House and boat launch facilities. The 41 lots in Phase I range in size from 0.4 hectares to 0.72 hectares. The lots on the water are very limited with only eleven 0.4 hectare lots available. Humber River Estates also has new cottage size lots and new cottage designs that can go on these new 0.2 hectare cleared lots. A 10% deposit is required in order to reserve specific locations.
