Tuesday
To give you an opportunity to view the properties at Humber River Estates, we are offering subsidised inspection visit packages. The package includes 3 nights complimentary accommodation (based on 2 people sharing) with buffet breakfast at one of the chalets on the banks of the Humber River. You will be met at the airport by one of the owners and taken on a tour of the resort where you will view the available properties and the other amenities that the area has to offer. Should you wish to meet architects, solicitors or discuss mortgage options, this can be all arranged while you are here. Visitors are asked to pay for their flights from Heathrow airport, which are approximately £400 per person depending on the date of travel. These can be booked through Monarch airlines or Air Canada or you can make your own travel arrangements. Inspection Trips are available at any weekend in 2008.
Travel arrangements need to be booked in advance of two weeks. The earlier you
the cheaper it will be. The costs to the client are from £495.00 per person. Humber
cover all costs for accommodation and activities during your Inspection Trip.

Friday
Upon arrival in Deer Lake, we will welcome our guests personally, assist with baggage and escort
them to the accommodation.

Saturday – Tuesday
During these four days will remain very flexible depending on your interests. Our idea is to provide
Site Tours for one or two days and offer every kind of activities for the remaining days. Some
activities will have to be planned in advance, for your benefit.
Activities during 2008 Site Inspections in Summer time include:
Site visit at Marble Mountain, Day trip to Gros Morne Nationalpark, Salmon and trout Fishing and
of course fly fishing, Power boating on Deer Lake, Canoeing and kayaking from Humber River Estates, ATV Tours, Mountain biking, Hiking, and much
more…

All options on this schedule are subject to change at the wish of participants. A visit to
Humber River Estates is about relaxing and enjoying the real people, natural beauty and
culture of the area. It is about stress free activities and not stringent time schedules. Most of
the activities listed are not on a strict time schedule and can be adjusted as we go to reflect
the reality of Newfoundland’s relaxed lifestyle. There is so much to do at Humber River
Estates that we could only touch on a few things during such a short visit. It takes years to
take in all of the activities in this area. Enjoy as much as you can and, hopefully, you will
come back … again and again.
