Humber River Estates offers a variety of home designs and gives purchasers of property the opportunity to submit their own house plans to be adapted to meet the standards established by Humber River Estates. All plans must be approved by Humber River Estates and meet all local and national building codes. All homes completed by the firm will have a 10 year Atlantic Home Warranty. Home designs submitted to Humber River Estates must meet the following specifications:

minimum 6" wall with R20 insulation and R40 in ceilings
heat recovery ventilation system in all homes
one bathroom per bedroom
all natural wood on the exterior with ceramics & hardwood flooring
a minimum of one propane fireplace
minimum 800 ft2 of deck with hot tub
sauna and exercise room in all units
