The Deer Lake Commercial Retail development is located on 34 acres of land at a prime location in the Town of Deer Lake. The site will offer lots of varying sizes that will be fully serviced with water & sewer services from the Town of Deer Lake. These lots will also have a paved road providing direct access to the site from route 430 (Viking Trail). The site plan shows the basic layout for the development with the final layout being determined by the needs of individual businesses that will form part of this development.
The cost of land within this development will be $80,000 per acre at the outset with the price subject to change. This will include the cost of servicing the lot with water & sewer services to its boundary. Additional services such as clearing the land, grubbing, backfilling and installing services to buildings can be provided at additional cost to the purchasers.
